STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES

United States: 5 - 12 business days (Depending on State)

*Please keep in mind that Hawaii orders may take longer to arrive due to customs. It may take anywhere from 11-19 business days.

Shipping Internationally: 6- 12 business days

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders may take 1-2 business days to process after placing the order. Weekends are not considered business days.

Due to excessive orders, processing times may take longer than expected. During peak season, we do kindly ask that you allow us up to 3 business days to fulfill your order.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have trouble finding your tracking number, you may email our customer service team at any time at support@sungbon.com!

Unexpected delays
