Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund, store credit, or a size exchange — without having to send the item back to us.

We stand by the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a money-back guarantee within 60 days of delivery — even if the product has been used. You are not required to return the item; you may keep it and still receive your refund.

How to Request a Refund (No Return Needed)

To request a refund, simply contact our customer service team at support@sungbon.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you are unhappy with
  • The reason for your refund request
  • A clear photo of the item(s) (to help us improve our products and verify the order)

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and confirm your refund by email. You may keep, donate, or dispose of the item as you wish — there is no need to ship it back to us.

Refund Processing

After your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed on our end, and an additional 1–2 billing cycles for it to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@sungbon.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

At Sungbon, we take great pride in delivering high-quality products. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
  2. Document the damage by taking clear photos or videos of the item(s) and the packaging, showing any rips, tears, or other defects.
  3. Email the documentation to support@sungbon.com within 14 days of receiving your order, along with your order number.

If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping or as a result of our error, we will offer a replacement or full refund — again, with no need to return the damaged item. If the damage is due to mishandling or improper care by the customer, the item will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Size Exchanges

If you would like a different size, contact us at support@sungbon.com with your order number and the size you'd like instead. We will ship the new size to you and you may keep the original item — no return required.

Eligibility & Fair Use

Our no-return refund policy is offered in good faith to make your experience as easy as possible. To keep this benefit available to all customers, we reserve the right to:

  • Limit refunds to a reasonable number per customer or household.
  • Decline refund requests that show signs of misuse or fraudulent activity.
  • Request additional information (such as photos or proof of delivery) when needed to verify a claim.
